Does anyone have a preset or know how to make the offbeat bass that comes in on the drop at 1:00?

I suggest you use the plugin ANA Sonic Academy, and to mixer channel, alot of distortion, sidechain it, and place it on the offbeat !

if you dont have ANA you can use the preset 'Moog Bass' in sylenth1 and add alot of distortion too it also
