Ive heard this in many tracks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAHm0V35slE Im talking about the sound at excactly 0:20 that sounds like a metallic bass roll thing it plays for about 1.5 seconds then plays again an octave higher at 0:22 and plays for about 1.5 seconds again and happens sometime during the track again. Thanks!

its massive if you mean stutter sound , very popular sound and has a lot tutorials on youtube, basic recipe is square or pulse on top and similar two or one octaves lower, lowpass filter with little bit decay or also you can route filter to saw lfo or step edit just play with it.

Sounds more like an oscillator sync sound to me. Definitely some filter cutoff modulation, and possibly even a formant filter.
