I'm looking for either a kontakt library or a soundfont for a Latin/Mexican type trumpet sound.
I would really to get a sound like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z78GnX1z3tE
I've searched around and can't seem to find something like this. Maybe I'm not processing it correctly or something.
Also, any tips regarding programming/playing this type of trumpet playing is also welcome.

every note has it's unique expression. i'm more familiar with mariachi trumpet, and i'm thinking.. soundfont? library? good luck...... the local guys play it like bebop, fast and densely packed with articulation. i'd petition a real player and read a bit about micing for it.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

I think what you can do is searching for the classic paso doble trumpet (bull fighting music). Is a little stronger than what you posted (that piece is softened, maybe to pealse a broader audience), but the genuine style you are looking for is probably the bull fighting trumpet of the paso doble, like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crmN3Dxjm74 or here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8jpO2Hqbxk
I found this library advertised on You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCe_sW2xN7A but I think that the main difference is the playing style. You have to really listen to how the spanish trumpet is played.
