At second 0:37, these arpeggiators sound so nice, metalic sound, kinda robotic

not sure what vowel - is that the subtle explosive sound? go for white noise with some release on the envelope, some added bit crushing.
The arp is square waves on a downward pattern with 3 notes a chord, i would use only one osc to keep it thin with some minor bit crushing
oh and the second arps in the other video have heavy use of the flange fx
