What is this Reverse FX sample from?

I swear I've heard this Reverse FX sample somewhere (perhaps in a Vengeance pack?) but I cannot figure out where. Does anyone know what this sample is from, or where to get samples very similar to its sound?

It appears at 0:58 and 2:28 throughout the track. It's the sample that sounds kind of like a reversed train horn.
