It Plays from the start through the whole song over and over but you can hear it at 4:44 which kinda alone.

Hey dude,
Never heard this song before. It's awesome! which made me want to see if I could get close.
This is a quick video of how you'd get started towards getting the sound.
I have FL Studio so because of that I just made a video showing how to get started. It's nowhere near perfect but with some extra tweaking and some processing you'll get really close.
I did this in a few minutes so if you spend a little extra time on it...
Basically copy the notes and I'm pretty sure its some sort of pulse(square) wave with some pulse width adjustment which a lot of synths will be able to do. not just sytrus as you can see in the video.
It's either that or a distorted saw with the filter dampened.
The audio quality is pretty shit and I saw I didn't record the mouse but I didn't wanna do it again
