T-C-M sound great, but is it feeding back, or something?

Hi Guys, if there are any TCM users out there I would be grateful for your advice.

In an attempt to make a synth that sounds like the bass for the Commodores "Machine Gun" I have made the preset attached in TCM2. However, for some reason, when the sound plays there is another bass note that plays too, and this unwanted note does not decay(!) This messes up the sound considerably.

Is this filter resonance or some kind of feedback? I have twiddled every knob on TCM I can lay a mouse to and nothing seems to stop it.

I attach the TCM preset. I would attach a fragment of my version of Machine Gun with the preset playing but it looks like the board does not allow this, however I will send it to you by email if you are interested.

Of course, if anyone thinks they can make a more accurate preset in any synth at all I am all ears...and eyes.
