I've been struggling to use Monark with a tape delay plugin to match this sound :( or get somewhere in the region?

Maybe it's not possible, but I'd like to think a good emulation could get reasonably close?

Does anyone fancy having a go?

Which of the sounds do you mean?

All should be recreatable with Monark and a touch of delay/reverb.

From about 10 mins on... those sequences. I can't get the same vibe.

Here my test with TheLegend.

Thanks Chris-S for having a go at the sequence.

It took me a while to find the starting note of the sequence, especially with the delays. I'll check my notes against yours but I think your notes are correct.

The Legend (when I tried the demo) seems to have the best Minimoog sound although Monark shouldn't have too much difficulty as it's great too. I do find Monark a touch cleaner sounding.

Your sequence is in the right sound zone but there are some differences in that the Minimoog has a smoother, weightier sound. I think that The Legend could get there. There is a slower attack on the filter or maybe amp on the hardware that's creating this. The software seems to stab at the sound making is a bit thinner sounding.

Thanks again for the video... :)
there's also that slower sequence at 12 mins... any chance of having a go with The Legend?

The second seq is G2, G3, D3, F3, G2, D3 16th notes, 110 bpm.
