i have a question about the pulse and space functions -- if you choose, say pulse=2 and space =3, will the plug maximally distribute the two pulses over three beats (like xx. using the original paper's mode of transcribing rhythms) or will it put three spaces between playing two pulses (x...x...)? the manual describes the latter...
i am trying to follow the rhythms, but i'm not as good at following them as i wish.
so maybe a better way of asking is: if i wanted to make the E(5,12) rhythm (x..x.x..x.x.) with different spaces between pulses, would i use pulse=5 + space=12? or maybe pulse=5 + space=7? or something else?
