Opinion on Samson Graphite midi keyboard?

Sending the Samson graphite back for refund.
Buying a Novation Impulse 25 instead, with a $50 mail in rebate included!

Excuse me, have you tried Preset Reset before sending the keyboard back?
I want to buy a Graphite 25 since it comes with aftertouch and iPad support.
