I don't think it achieves the same effect as an iso booth. It definitely alters the sound and dampens room ambience, but I think the old hanging duvet trick gives better results. This eyeball thing sorta kills the life in the vocals, especially in the second video demo - the eyeball demo sounds dull and lifeless compared to the original.

Oh, and $200 for a 50-cent hunk of foam with a clip and built in pop filter?!!! Yeah, good luck with that.
