There are two effects which do the same thing:
Recording vocals for FX use.
For what I use them:
-Vocoder Sounds
-auto pitch correction as effect
-other interesting timbre changing for FX use
Both are not expensive but which of them has more options and better sound?
I watched both videos, but both can do much, I cant decide so someone has both or knows much about them?
Thanks for help and YOUR vote!

Vocalist Live 3 is kind of a "harmonizer" with 2 pitch shifters (you can also use them in stereo) and various "harmonization" settings for them (which VT-3 has none of), "pitch correction", and a few lame effects. It has no synth or vocoder. VT-3 has one pitch shifter, a basic synth with a pitch follower, a vocoder to use with that synth, and a few lame effects. Vocalist Live 3's pitch shifters' sound quality is much better than VT-3's, and its "pitch correction" can work pretty well. VT-3's "auto pitch" is useless for actual "correction".

TC Helicon is better than either, but no vocoder....

And do I need a second signal for the harmonizer to get the harmonies?

The question are NOT the specs, which I know, the question is the QUALITY which you can only know if you use them! So asking it, is the only way to get it, because there is NO DEMO!!CapnLockheed wrote:The specs are listed online.....there's this thing called Google.
