Check your HotMail spam/junk folder.
I'm sending the email out again but I've already sent it 3 times and unless something has changed this one will probably evaporate as well.
Make sure that our email address MenuMagicATagitatedstateDOTcom is on your HotMail WhiteList.

hey i got it working! turns out i needed to replace my system drive on my laptop. i do get an error "failed to get data for 'ScanVSTOnStartup'" but it doesn't prevent me from using the program.

Funny how hardware can affect seemingly unrelated things. Last summer I thought my main hard disk was dying on my laptop because it having problems booting (incredibly slow) and it was getting worse - turns out my CD/DVD drive was going bad. When I replaced it the bootup issues disappeared.
Thanks for the bug report you sent. Found the problem concerning the 'ScanVSTOnStartup' error, it will be taken care of in the next build.
