so turns out it never got fixed im on lion runnning logic 9 and the preset switching that mutes the synth is really annoying im starting to regret buying it. is it working on logic X , im not updating to 64 bit anytime soon like most professionnals
price was also high for what it does

I think it is the system requirements. I have a duo core mac and cannot use it in Protools 9 with 2gb of ram. Bogus. Macs do fine in most all circumstances....I await Sugar Bytes excuse. I am not happy....

The system requirements for Unique are OSX 10.4 and above 1 GHz processor and 128 MEG of RAM. 32/64 systems are supported. My system exceeds these requirements, I run in 32/64bit and have never had a problem with Unique. It does everything it needs to do.
As for Protools - THEIR system requirements state a minimum of 4 GIGS of RAM to run their software so any trouble you have I would suspect comes from that, not Sugar Bytes.
