The Thesys extension .sbe is identical to a Spybot Search & Destroy (a fairly popular web security app) extension and my computer got confused and would not recognize my saved Thesys patches.

Solution - go to a Thesys .sbe file and change the default program that the .sbe automatically opens with from Spybot to Thesys.

And needless to say, don't use Spybot because it overrides EVERYTHING.
