Egoist: slice keys and delay effect issue

When using the slice keys I appear to only be able to trigger the slicer and the effects for the particular slice step. The manual seems to suggest that when Bass and Beat are turned on (and their respective effect bypass switches) and there is a Bass note and/or Beat trigger on that same slice key, that one should be able to hear all 4 things at once: slice, beat, bass, and effect. I am only hearing slice and effect.


Also, the delay feedback doesn't appear to have any effect. No matter what I set it to time and level wise, and even though I have feedback at maximum, I only ever hear a single slapback echo.

Effects like reverb and looper however, will trail on as expected.

Any ideas?
