Hey there,
I have already tried to contact Sugar Bytes for this but let me ask here as well. Is anyone else having trouble logging to the Sugar Bytes download area? Tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer, nada. I tried logging with the link they sent to my e-mail as well and nothing works.
Did this happen to anyone else?

Hi SirKen,
normally you can login with your registered email address and your serial in our 'Update / Full Version Download' section on our homepage without a problem. (Please don't mix up the download section with our register section!)
So this probably means the registered serial or email address you have entered is invalid.
Note that if you enter the wrong serial or email address more than 3 times you get blocked!
So please make sure to enter the serial/email address by hand,
especially to avoid whitespace copy/pasted errors.
If it's still not working please write a proper support email to support@, and we'll figure out what's going wrong in your case.
Best,
Nadine

Thank you Nadine,
I was just trying to see if I can crowdsource a solution since it wasn't regular office hours for a company in Germany
Sadly, things are still not working, so I responded to your e-mail just now.
