Mistake made during registration

The usability of sugar bytes site is not very good. accordingly I made an mistake when registering 3 products I just bought. I foolishly thought that since I entered my email address in the order page, I thought it was logging me into the system. I didn't click the link the registration email with the serial numbers because the link was at the bottom. Then I got confused and tried to register the serial numbers on the site. I think I had a typo in my email address and now I can't access the downloads. what was strange was I never got a page with any downloads, ever. when I ask the site to resend my serial numbers, using the email address with the typo, it says it will email them. so this indicates that perhaps they are registered under that address. so when I use that address to log in, using a serial number, i still don't get any download links and no indication its logged me in.

frustrating.

I emailed using the online form and am posting here for good measure.

would be nice to get my plugins so I can play.
