Guitarist problem with disappearing presets

Hello, since I've moved guitarist on another HD, It cannot retrieve the factory presets althought I've reinstalled the plugin twice. No problem for the library. Is there a particular file or a registring key to delete to repair it ?

Hi jvne, does your user account has admin rights? Please uninstall Guitarist, download and install it again
and check to install it on the user account you will work with afterwards.
Presets should be in Documents/Sugar Bytes/Guitarist/Presets,
but the installer should take care for that anyway.
Please do not move Instrument files after installation!
If it still doesn't work and if you are familiar with Windows registry, could you please look at this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sugar Bytes\Guitarist
Here are all the paths Guitarist is using.
Please look if there are maybe strange characters in the paths.
On my machine the entry for presetpath0 for example looks like this:
C:\Users\...\Documents\Sugar Bytes\Guitarist\Global Presets\
Maybe you can send us the path that is shown on your machine.
You could also try to delete the complete key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sugar Bytes\Guitarist
and reinstall.
