Are the envelopes on the arald dks pro accurate ..
Anyway ..I am comparing / trying to remake some microtonic bassdrum patches on the dks pro
But it seems unable to get snappy bass drum sound ( even with the envelope curve settings ))
Don't know really ...It's like the decay curve is always too long ( and yes before someone asks ..i have tried the different envelope decay curves )
Eyeball exchanging
Soul calibrating ..frequencies

you should use the release slider(s) for your purpose (i.e. set a shorter release time for both oscillators and the noise)

cheers, akj

Try the Branis Skins - there are graphical representations of the envelopes - much better http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=243439.
