This is just a quick note to announce the birth of my baby daughter, Lucinda. She was born today 12th October at 12pm.

I will be doing my best to attend to customer enquries and shipping over the next week though there may be some slight delays.

You can be forgiven for slower response times over the coming little while - I've lived through that few months of perpetual twilight three times..

Thank you everyone for your messages. Mother and baby are both doing fine and expected home within the next few days.

@duncan - 3.19kg, not too big but she's quite long in the body. Got a feeling she's going to be tall like her brother. As for perpetual twilight, I'm there already. The hospital seems to have almost no natural light and I only get a sense of what time it is when I go outside!

A fine weight, not too little, and not too big to have been overly burdensome for mum
