Feature: Library Files on Another Drive

This will be a very important feature to have. Allow the software to have a configuration file (.ini) where we can define the path to the sample file.
The reason for this is that system drive where I have the VST hosted may be limited in hard drive space. Most of my VST libraries are on a separate HD. This will allow for 3 things: better performance, flexibility on HD space/location, backup purposes.
