Request - preference to disable mouse wheel over sliders

It would great to have a preference to disable the mouse scroll wheel interacting with sliders.

When scrolling the parameter list up and down I often catch over one of the sliders and change I value I didn't mean to.

Repaer has a similar quirk but also has a preference to disable this action. Maize Sampler would benefit from this too.
