New filter: Shelf

It would be really useful (to me anyway...) to add shelf filtering to the list of filters.

Well, I think so, but I suppose it has to with the attenuation curve of the high pass filter: the high pass is 12db/octave, the crossover element, on the other hand is 24db/octave. a shallower curve, of 6db or 3 db might sound less pronounced, and I think those curves would be possible, though my math isn't good enough to figure out how!
