"Keyboard Tap" argument not active in runtime GUI

The "Keyboard Tap" argument is only active in circuit view. It becomes inoperative in the runtime GUI and in the exported device.

I don't think it would be a related issue, though analysis of the code (+ maybe debugging) could prove me wrong.
