Sonicbirth/TouchOSC compatibility

Hi everyone,

I have recently installed Sonicbirth onto my Macbook Pro and Touch OSC to my iPhone. My aim is to design a basic EQ plugin that is controlled using the accelerometer mode with Touch Osc. eg, left/right for frequency, up/down for gain, forward/backwards for curve width etc etc

Is this possible and how do i go about connecting the two to make it work?
