HTP1 Darbukator Maksoom VST
Darbukator is a virtual percussionist that plays the popular Maksoom style
this style has lots of variations with many playing
techniques that can fit any kind of music and will
cover the darbuka sound in general
Other popular styles included (Baladi, Sonbati and Saidi) with traditional Arabic hand claps and Sagat,
also included some drums styles that matches the Darbuka
We used different instruments (size and skin) played by top percussionists
Finally the sounds are 24Bit Mastered, with no coloring of any kind to keep the original sounding of the instrument
Darbuka takes were recorded using 3 microphones:
One for the hands and fingers (over the Darbuka skin)
Another for the back neck to get the bass and the booming sound
And one for the room ambiance for that nice ringing sound (it doesn't sound right in a dead area).

full rich percussion track
Another new thing we added is the grouped instruments

(that is four to six players at the same time) giving

the sound more power and depth

Styles included: Ayoob, Malfoof, Wahda, Saidi, Karashi,

Nobi, Bamby, Sonbati, Jerk, Rumba and Zafa
