As I raised in a different thread it would be great to be able to access MXXX presets which include modules I do not yet own by allowing them to run in demo mode. Would really help decide about purchasing those additional modules. What do you think, Melda?

This is exactly what I suggested.
Then there would be no need for MXXXcore. Just 1 X MXXX, much easier.
Everyone can open ALL the presets, but the presets without the appropriate licences will run in demo mode (intermittent white noise)
This way people would be more likely to buy the extra FX to unlock more presets.

I'll check it out . The demo noise sounds like a reasonable idea!

I prefer droping-out-audio over noise. It can get very disturbing, if you have a demo plugin generating noise, when the chain afterwards boosts the audio. The best demo restriction to me is: audio getting silent from while to while.MeldaProduction wrote:I'll check it out . The demo noise sounds like a reasonable idea!
Just another idea.

I agree, but that would be hackable (long story ). Noise is more bulletproof

We all seriously need a new world in which Vojtech (or other developers) can/could get rich, while no copy protection would be needed at all ...MeldaProduction wrote:I agree, but that would be hackable (long story ). Noise is more bulletproof
