EGG Strawberry problem !!

Hello , i'm new to EGG Strawberry and to Kontakt in general !
Here is my issue :


( B2 , C3 sounds B2 , B2 actually and for example B2 D3 C3 sounds B2 D3 D3 , Both C3 C#3 sounds the same as the note played before them )
My questions are :
What do golden keys represent in kontakt ? and in EGG strawberry ?
How to change them from C3 C#3 to lower notes so they wont bother my playing ?

I'm using eeg strawberry on B BARITONE tunning

Those are the strum down and upstroke keys. You can move them in the "mapping" / "strum keys" section of the interface.
