Hammer-On in chord mode

While enjoying my Ricky in chord mode, how do I achieve an hammer-on (or pull-of)?

Everybody, please have a beautiful christmas (with lots of presents) and may 2017 be better than 2016 but not as good as 2018

Hmmm, that might get a little tricky. I know the engine is capable of that, but I need to figure out how you'd sequence hammer-ons / pull-offs when in the chord mode. And if that isn't currently possible, it's something that I'll definitely add to the to-do list.
