Entering a keyswitch note doesn't work?

I am using the flatpick 6 and I enter a C#1 midi note in Logic which should produce a harmonic but it doesn't. I'm not using a controller keyboard, just entering the note in the piano roll. Any ideas on what is going on?

What is middle C in Logic? Kontakt uses C3 nomenclature.
