Please help me to find this song!

...there is a show on MTV where they make video-clips based on computer games, making computer characters singing and playing guitars. On my local MTV they did such trick with Half - Life 2 yesterday , and made G-Man singing a song... I really liked this song! But I missed who was singing it, I definitely must buy the album. I remember there were such words "It's all right" or something, I heard this song first time, it was sounding like modern rock with those guitars... Can you help me, maybe this remains you something? I'm sure it's a song of a famous singer or band, but I don't know it.
