Not a bad song. I was more taken with that Angelina song from last week, which I forgot to comment on at the auditorium.

One thing about this track, it gives me a bit of a Bad Seeds vibe. I think it would be served well being less electronic (especially the heavy reverb and the epiano sound) and going more for that amplified acoustic sound Nick Cave's best stuff has.

Well, the Bad Seeds ref made me download this. So while I'm dl'ing I would like to make the claim that Bad Seeds is nothing without Blixa. The latest album was crap. The concert was crap. Please: Gospel choirs and hand clapping have their places, but not backing Nick Cave. What a sell out.

Sorry for the rant. Now to the music: This is interesting. The productions lets it down big time, though. I like the vocal, and the backing is interesting, but, but, but. The verb is all over the place. Some of the drum track is strange and unattatched, esp. the HH. This could be a great song with some heavy editing. Very interesting!
