i liked the inter-genre between dnb and glitch... very bizzy but i really think it could do well on any nu-psy-dnb dance floor

and what ens is used ?

Thanx for listening and your reply lex.
This is the 1st time i've tried doing something like this.
It's really not hard to do when you understand the method.

I used two instances of "fast fx" and one instance of "limelite" all of which are from the Native Instruments "electronic instruments" package.(created from reaktor)

Each instance was manipulated from my keyboard/controller in real time.

Hey Barry, this is really different, you usually do this scary evolving things and this is full of rhythm and energy and I hope you feel that way too... and I agree this would do just fine on some "whatever" dance flore.

... and where did you find that pic :D :hihi:

Very cool.

Thanx herodotus and mman.

Yes,this IS a bit spunky for me.haha
You can assume winter is nearing it's end when you hear me making upbeat tempo music...it's a good sign! : )

Heh..yeah,cool pix...just to put the thought of Sadam spinning glitchy uptempo D&B in your mind as you listen.

funfunfunfunfun :)

In my head I'm wondering though what would happen if you'd overlay this with two or three more layers of which each is half the tempo of the track before. In the long run the up-pitched tempo gets a bit on the nerves.

not my kind of snare but indeed juicy stuff, saddam.

yeah, I'm late.

Post

VERY, free and easy.. It worked, I love the reaktor live style, you can always depend on it for energy.

Pretty hypnotic, very enjoyable!

Post

i agree with dyst: very enjoyable. :-)

kinder and gentler drum and bass.

Thanx lots guys for taking the time to have a listen!!!

Listening to this,I can't help but hear a Zappa'esk piece from the "absolutely free","freakout" lp's forming in my head!
If I get around to it..i'd love to do that by writing a semi-doo-wop/rock/reaktor tune in the old Zappa style!

Haaaa...doo-wop and reaktor...can it be done?

Really glad you guys enjoyed it as much as I did. : )
