I believe it was Former Pharaoh that suggested I take a shot at doing a synth version of Flight of the Bumblebee. I don't know how serious he was, but if you're interested you can either click on the Soundclick link on my signature, or do a direct download from the link below:

Anyway, hope you enjoy it.

 You SOB!!!! You did it!! :tu:
I'm Former Pharaoh BTW. I just changed my username to the label i'm working on. Former Pharaoh is one of the artists on it and you can click on the link to check out some of Pharaoh's stuff and other goodies as well (i'll be adding more stuff soon).

As for Flight...... :hail: Jennifer Batten has a version she does on the guitar. It is off the album Above Beyond and Below.
Thanks for this!

On guitar? I would think that would be awfully tough even for the best. I'll have to check that out. I heard it on Tuba once, a long time ago, so I guess anything's possible. Glad you listened. I'll check out your website.

John Petrucci does it on Dream Theater's Once In A Live Time live album on disc 2, his guitar solo track. First time I heard Flight of the Bumble Bee was on that album, and that song and the rest of his solo just blows me away everytime.

Nice synth version

nuno bettencourt does it on Extreme 'Pornograffitti'. Its full on 80s hair band guitar rock version but quite cool anyway...

Nothing's cool about Extreme. It's kind of like the Michael J Fox of Metal.

This is my all-time favourite bumble. Meaning the composition, not this particular performance. I first heard this decades ago.

Btw, goldbaker: great job.

Victor.
