Taking a bit of my own advice (from a previous thread) I have decided to get back to basics and start trying to write songs (albeit small, simple songs but nonetheless still are songs

) instead of 8 bar loops..

is this all synth? you got a scratch/rough texture type of sound that comes in (part of the rhythm) about :30 that I really like...er...how did you make it?

Appropriate Dark atmosphere for this time of night.

what do you mean all synth? its synth and a ton of distorted drums.. cant you hear the thud snap thud-thud-thud snap ?? hehe

the 'scratch/rough texture' sound was made with livecut and a heavy dose of effects..

well I guess it is all synthesis if I think about it.. since the drums err percussion elements

are synthesized.

much cooler, in fact.
I generally make drums out of samples and such, but sometimes I let the notes be the percussion...
I liked your use of heavey distortion on the percussion elements!
