The original, which of course I missed earlier, is one of the saddest and most beautiful songs I ever heard. It reminded me of a night in Heidelberg, where suddenly on the radio the voice of William Butler Yeats was to be heard, in an outstanding portrait of the poet, before everything was drowned in blabla ("ooh he likes to in-scene himself as a text within texts" and so on). Yeats had a even in his time very unusual style of "singing" his poems, and I thought of this while listening for the first time. Lovely, and one of the best voices I've heard.
Just like for Spe3d the remix falls a bit short for me, but simply "after the original", it is a great song in itself, only Yeats is gone for me . So this might be complete nonsense to others, for example, many might like the drums to the voice, whereas I tend to think the original is, well, , kind of one of the 100 songs you'd want to keep for life.
Very, very beautiful. And sad. I'll play both of the songs to some friends.

No funny pictures.
some may recall the song of misery that i posted recently, well here's a remix by epsilon:
 Honey
the original song can be heard here: A Spoonful of Honey
:D i'm absolutely delighted by his treatment which takes the song into a whole new world. when he first sent me the idea i thought i should sing it again to his music but i discover that there's a curious quality that arises from the contrast of his beautiful sound with my original voice, a kind of sonic beauty and the beast - one that is lost when i attempt to sing it in a new 'frame', it would take a better singer to pull it off.
i've long been a fan of epsilon's pristine evocative music, about a year ago i ask him if i might add some vocals to a track of his, "magic way". he kindly agreed and it's one of my most satisfying singing endeavours. you can hear that track here: Magic Way
many thanks to epsilon :)
i hope you like it, any comments much appreciated.
regards
knockman
