Yayyy! Finished a different new song - part two

I normally get stuck about halfway through a 4 minute song (which is why the Cafe contests are ideal... ) but I finally managed to complete a new song called 'Patterns In The Sky'. I'd love to get some feedback from you all on it.

Edit:I've completed a second song, called 'Patterns In Liquids'. Again, if you've got some time, I'd love to get some feedback. It's in the same place as Patterns In The Sky, so the directions underneath still apply... Very nice Marc...

Beautiful sweeping pads in there. And the bass line sounds really epic. I love the organ solo at the half-way mark. This is very reminiscent of Amethystium, which is a very good thing.

Production sounds pretty good. My only complaint would be the bit of piano at the begining. It fits the composition, but it sounds really boomy... a bit too much bottom on it.

Other than that, a very relaxing piece of music.

Thanks! Glad you like it, I'm pretty pleased with the organ solo myself; I'm not really an organ player but I love these roaring hammond solos so this is really me trying to impersonate an organ player... I agree on the piano, I may have to go back and fix a few small things like that.

A bit smooth and arpy for me personally Marc, but a well produced track, good composition and some outstanding sounds. I enjoyed it! Congrats!

Thanks! Yes I know, I have arpeggiator addiction ... everything just sounds so cool when I plug them in. But I'm trying to cut down. The smoothness aspect is something I think I will never be able to get out of my sound. I sometimes try and get a harsh, edgy sound but somehow it always veers in the direction of Clannad...

You have some great tones and again the overall compostion is good.
I didnt see a problem with the arps but then again im a bit of an addict for them

A beautiful music with interesting sounds in the background. The only sound I don't like so much is the organ (needs more dirt, imo).
