Danny Darko - Freelove 5:39 / 7.9 MB / 192 Kbps
I'd be really glad of some C&C on this one; how I might have made it better, whether the mastering is any good etc.
Enjoy and thank you!
Remix of Depeche Mode's "Freelove"

Sounds really slick. I like it.
Two things though: that synth sound sound in the beginning. The slowly filter opening one after 20-30 sec. It sounds really cheap and destroys an otherwise really good sounding track.
And the vocals are mixed to low. It sounds like he's singin from a hole in the ground or something. The levels were good in the breakdown but too low in the rest of the song.
Other than that i really like it.
EDIT: Might be a bit bassheavy. My speaker are'nt placed very good for the moment so that might be it but i think so.

I was a bit worried about those same two issues, thanks for confirming. Cheers for the comments jupiter8!jupiter8 wrote:And the vocals are mixed to low. It sounds like he's singin from a hole in the ground or something. The levels were good in the breakdown but too low in the rest of the song.
