After watching a documentary on Hiroshima on satalite TV I got this tune stuck in my head. I'm not sure if it is based on some existing tune (I think I must have gotten the main theme from somewhere - not from Jaws)
What struck me was the total devastation caused by the event.

Powerful piece. Haunting, stark and beautiful. The repetition works here...it reminds me of a liturgical chant.
