done that with my ol jag, FZ2 XT2, RAT, DS1, chorus, delay and a punch factory when tracking the bass
playing all, in average each song uses 5-6 drum sounds max, all sequenced as samples directly in acid

The bass sound is the standout on this one (in a good way). Did you DI it or was it recorded through an amp?

DI amplitube 1 and some comp(maybe RCL)
the distrtion however is from my pedals (fz2)( i plug in my guitr thighny
my chain is pretty lo fi to me
pedalboard in DI in soundcard gutars have cakewalk amp sim on them but recorded dry from the pedals(rat, xt2 fz2, ds1(not in this song) chorus delay reverb)
when i track bass I turn on the punch factory comp just to even out my lame playing(and it fattens the sound of that 80can$ bass)
