hey KVRers,
it's been over a year probably since I posted my last track - life has a horrible tendency to get in the way I find - but I've just spent the last day and bit putting this together:
http://homepage.mac.com/maximumjack/.Mu ... _light.mp3
Give it a listen and let me know what y'all think.
oh and it's only 2:50 long, so it won't take much time!!!
cheers

harmonies, as always, yum.
10 minutes, as always, stuffed into 2:50...(maybe fidgety where you should be self-assured?)
what's the story with the drums? nice.

thanks for the swift reply clueless!
the drums are a combination of Ultrabeat from Logic, and EZDrummer
i worked out the parts on my kit first - but as i'm not a good drummer, and I've never been able to get a decent sound when recording them in my basement I transfered them to the binary world of zeroes and ones .

I totally dig the vibe you have here - some sunny pop, then those drippy warbled guitars - what? I loved it!!!
This is a killer track. DL'ed it and looking for where I can get more.

Hello -
I normally read the posts to help me through Receptor issues, etc. Tonight, I'm taking time to listen.
Well. . . I'm listening. . .
Nice song. Nicely written. Nicely recorded.
I can appreciate that "life getting in the way to writing/recording music" thing. Hope you find more time to do more writing and recording.
Ted
