Well anything is possible but lately I've come to believe that KVR folks occasionally experience unexplainable reticence which in some cases can lead to the premature disappearance of very good threads...

It has no tapered tail. The last 2 data groups are 0, the 3 before that are nearly identical. I'd call that a shelf and an instant drop off, not a taper.
