Well anything is possible but lately I've come to believe that KVR folks occasionally experience unexplainable reticence which in some cases can lead to the premature disappearance of very good threads...blatanville wrote:whew! Unfortunately, that's not true. As I pointed out in some other thread recently, you are in fact only as old as you smell.blatanville wrote:i've always insisted that you're "only as old as you behave"
I'm 49 going on 70.

Plug it into a spreadsheet and look at a graph of it. It's not a bell curve.

It's actually a black body radiation distribution, with that early rise and tapering tail.
Apparently, there are some legal, mostly non-controverisal subjects you can't talk about on KVR, or even mention in your sig. Unfortunately, the guidelines don't actually talk about them, so the only way to find out is trial and error.

It has no tapered tail. The last 2 data groups are 0, the 3 before that are nearly identical. I'd call that a shelf and an instant drop off, not a taper.jwatte wrote:It's actually a black body radiation distribution, with that early rise and tapering tail.

the demographic is really different now. 40+ % are 40+ years old (as compared to 25% then), and the average age seems to be about 5-8 years older. kvr is aging, like a fine wine. zee current breakdown:
13-29 - ~20% (innocent youth)
30-39 - ~40% (mature adults)
40+ - ~40% (wise elders)
