This was very good. I thought it had a far-eastern Aphex Twin vibe and the bass and percussion had a nice "thick" sound. Zyn is a very capable synth.
Good work

I am listening to this while exhausted, commuting on the train. The soothing sounds are putting me to sleep and the microtonal sharp/flat pitches are jarring me awake.
Unusual and interesting. They aren't many new melodies if you restrict yourself to the 12 tone scale but if you go microtonal, there are millions of unheard melodies. The question is how accessible is microtonal music to the average listener?

Very strange even on a third listen, but... It raised my interest to give it a couple more tries.
At first it sounded like an out-of-tune guitar. But you start to make some sense of the scale.
Is there a lot of music in these scales?

Thanks for the listening and giving feedback everyone!
Mariosprt, there is a fair amount of interest in microtonal music. If your looking for some more, a good place to go is http://www.last.fm/listen and then enter "microtonal" as a tag in the radio player.
