There!
An homage to the Carlos Santana's lead guitar (with all my respect to the great singer I think to emulate only in the intent and not in fact).

I used Percumat2 as drum rhythmical base, the background chords are by Plutonia, all synths by H.G.Fortune, for which I wanto to pay respects and sympathy.
At least the lead guitar is done by ZynAddSubFx, instrument "Short".
Zyn is one of my beloved synths.
I hope you'll enjoy the listening.

There are many things wrong with this track unfortunately.
Structure.
Harmonic arrangement.
Production.
The lead sound has no depth. The drums do not groove and become boring quickly. The harmonies do not really make sense in accordance to the pads. Also you need to use some techniques like compression and limiting to bring all your elements together.
