I am not familiar with the original, but I'm really digging this remix. There's such a good vibe to it. Your transitions are great.
My only thing would probably be to change up the drum pattern a little bit more often, throw in hats or extra snares etc. It looks like you did this toward the end but through the middle it felt a little repetititve to me.
