the vocals are interesting, but maybe they could be re-phrased/tightened up in a couple of spots. also, there are places where the piano and other instruments overwhelm the enunciation, so it is difficult to tell what you are saying.

in putting vocals to music and uploading it to the internet, you've joined a 'club' where you're something like 1 out of a thousand people. in other words, it takes some fortitude to put yourself out there like that.

yeah, the mix is drowning out a lot of the vocals.

as for the mix, if there's a bass line it's not very distinguishable.

anyway, plenty of potential with this number, but maybe it's not yet where it could be? reminds me of beatles/lennon.

Cool, thanks for the critique.

Great to hear some feedback. I'm going to go back and revise this after the melodies are in a few more tunes.
Also by that time, maybe I'll have better ideas of melody revisions etc.

Great idea about the bass line. I think you're right. Right now, I just have a heavy bass piano under layer with a delay added.
