Hi,
I've got a new song out. It's called "Complications". I made it in SONAR X3.
you can check it out here:
http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=12961224
It features the usual suspects:
Real Guitar (now using S-Gear amp sims)
Superior Drummer
Trilian Bass
and featuring my "Lap Steel" player from OrangeTree Samples
Any comments/observations/declarations graciously received

Not a rock fan, but appreciate tasty music.
IMHO: reverb at 1:40 is effective, snare is a bit late to my ears.

I like, I like. Would love to hear singing along with . .
Great vibe all around. Nice bass and kool guitar tones from that amp sim.
I like "Russian Roulade" as well. Great classic 70s tone on some of those guitar parts.

Firstly - Thanks a lot for listening!
sfiks - that's really a delay line, based on a S-Gear preset. I'm not sure about th esnare being late, but will listen some more
Brother Charles - (re: the last two songs) that's the sound of my new strat, combined with the amp sim

Cool.
Late Snare = Good = Laid back feel of a real drummer. Bring on the 70s.
If you hadn't said that these were virtual instruments, I wouldn't have known.

Thanks for listening Aloysius!
Well, the guitars are real - but that's it
I sent an email to Greg at Orangetreesamples - because a few people have commented that the lap steel sounds "real"

Ha Ha. When you said Real Guitar, I thought you meant one of those MusicLab VSTi's. I was wondering how you managed to make it sound so 'real'. Now I know.
Maybe Greg could link your Track to his Demo list.

Yeah - I was thinking of that. Maybe I should say a "real analogue guitar"
