My new songs - pre-production before studio recording

Hi!
I've been working on these songs for a couple of years... First I thought I would record it all by myself but now I've realised it's better to do it in a studio with a professional engineer. So I thought these versions would serve as preproductions, and I would be glad for any comments on arrangements, vocals, instruments etc! So that I can change theese things before going in to the studio, instead of realising afterwards - "this base line wasn't very good at all". So, I'm thankful for all advises! "Long time" is a song I just made a very quick demo of the other day (as you can hear it is not as well pre produced).
