Ah here it is. August 2011 the theme was simply 5, so I went to town on it.
Title was Cinco.
It used just 5 voice patches, was in 5 parts, with 5 key changes (fifths of course), was 5 minutes long - allowed in this particular contest - used 5 different play/record methods. each part's BPM was a multiple of 5, as was the total number of bars.

I don't think I could manage anything like that for 7s
